The EULA applies to the use of software, pre-installed software on any of our hardware devices and accompanying items, including on cd-rom, floppy disc, memory card, download package or any other data carriers, and all contents and contents programs.
The EULA as stated hereunder in your preferred language is applicable when you have purchased one of the following TomTom products:

- Czech
- Danish
- Dutch
- English
- English (USA/CAN)
- Finnish
- French
- French (USA/CAN)
- German
- Hungarian
- Italian
- Norwegian
- Polish
- Portuguese
- Slovak
- Spanish
- Spanish (USA/CAN)
- Swedish
- Software only
- English
For all other products, the EULA that is supplied with your product when purchased shall apply.
